Ordering Information
- Please make sure of your measurements and color when ordering.
- Styles and color may vary on items since they are all hand made.
PAYMENT
- Cashier Checks or Money Orders: Items are shipped as soon as payment is received.
- Checks: Will have to hold check for seven business days and/or until clears.
- Returned Check Policy: There is a $30.00 service charge for all checks returned by our bank for insufficient funds.
LAYAWAY PLANS
- Layaway plans are available.

RETURNS
- If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately within 48 hours after receipt.
- This allows us to discuss the problem and figure out the best approach (exchange, credit or refund).
- We will not accept any returned items without pre-authorization.
- Items must be returned within five business days after authorization with the original sale receipt.
- Items returned that have perspiration, stains or damaged in anyway will not be accepted.
- Shipping cost are non-refundable.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on the following items: Videotapes, Compact Disc, Audiocassettes, Makeup, Henna Kits, Zils, Shoes or Wigs.
- If Videotapes, CDs or Audiocassettes contain a significant manufacturing defect then it will be replaced with an identical undamaged copy.
